How to detect minor globe of invulnerability spell ?

Hello,

I am new to modding and scripting. I would like to know how can I detect if my minor globe of invulnerability is still there (duration not expired *and* effect not dispelled). Similary, how can I detect enemy's minor globe of invulnerability ?

CheckStatGT(Myself,0,MINORGLOBE), replace "Myself" with an appropriate object for your enemy.
