Dialog.tlk help.

Am trying to get the flirt pack for BG2 to IWD1. I wanted to make a game after BG2 that has all my guys at lv 1 and to continue to IWD.

I am able to bring dialog to a character and talk to them, but ONLY for a .bic, I can't put a dialog on a saved game character.

Right now I want to bring all the dialog from the Flirt to the IWD Dialog, but I can't figure out how to do it. I tryed Note and word pad, but I have no idea how to tell only Str to other. Then i tryed Context and I had some trouble findind the Str on that.

I rather keep the sting for the flirt packs so I do not have to edit the the DLG. BG 2 has over 70000 str and IWD only has 30000 Str. All I can do is add 1 Str per click when using Near Infinity. So, ether their is a way to set the str or I can just keep clicking alot lol.

What is the best Dialog editor? Can I use Terra, even though its for BG2 only?

Ok, I found out how to comple with Weidu. (But, that was stuiped of me because I already could of done that...) Anyway, after the lost of 4 hours, I have planned to kill myself (j/k). It wants to complie it to BG2, but I do not want that. I want the Diaolog in IWD, but if I complie to IWD I just get an error.. So, how would I go around putting dialog in icewind dale.
