Strange thing occured in virtue v. 16

I will uninstall virtue 16 and get 17, but um...

I have this LN (or most of the times) elven wizard. He has one shifted to LE and back to LN again. However due to me being quite lawful I handed in Valygar thus dropping virtue to 6, but I didn't change to LE again... I this supposed to happen or this a bug?

Delete topic. Version 18 corrected it, it seems between an old version I had and version 16 the border for changing shifted. Sorry for unnecessary fuzz
