Valen Bug...

I am not sure if this problem has been encountered before, but every time Valen takes alot of damage and she should turn to mist: the game crashes instead. This happens anywhere and at anytime Valen becomes damaged enough to turn to mist. Is there a patch or some other way to remedy this? Once I reach 25 Mil XP and I encounter the vamp-hunter troupe there will be virtually no way to get past it.  :P

Are you by chance playing with a SoA-only install?  The spell that turns Valen into the mist has an effect that requires ToB (effect #300) or the game will crash.

No I am useing the ToB expansion. I have just recently downloaded and installed the Baldurdash  un-official fix pack and WeiDU based ease of use mod, perhaps that will help. I also have a bunch of other WeiDU based NPC mods loaded. I was thinking that it may be caused by the Nalia Romance mod that I have installed. I do not think it is WeiDU based. I installed it when I was more ignorant. Anyway I will check back in a couple days and I will fiddle with it for a while.
