I'm all for it. Except I don't do too well in extreme heat, so we're going to have to install some sort of weather machine to cool it down when I get tired of the heat.
Will an automatic icemaker do the trick? 
I suppose it'll do as a temporary measure while we amass enough booty tokens to pay for the actual weather machine.
Are there any busy sea trade routes nearby? I don't want a long commute to work.
Hey... it's called a retreat for a reason. Besides, aren't pirate kings suppose to have lackies doing the work so they can live off the spoils of other's hard labor? I thought for sure I read that in the handbook somewhere....

Yes, Fiji is near major shipping routes, plus large sea-liners are constantly going there, full of rich tourists with new cameras.
