IDS Bug with D0Tweak Summoning Cap Removal component and Tutu

You're using HaveSpellRES, but WeiDU spits out an error about SPCL*** not existing in SPELL.IDS.  Is this a WeiDU bug, or a D0Tweak bug?

I'm installing it on as pure an install of Tutu as one can get.

Hmm. I don't compile any new scripts in the Summoning Cap Removal component, so it must be something going wrong in the C_E_R section, which makes me inclined to think that it could be a WeiDU bug. I'll try installing over Tutu later tonight, so we'll see what happens.
