How do I upgrade Ascension?

I have an earlier version of Ascension (Weidu based) and I was wondering what the best way to update it to the latest version.  I have downloaded the latest version but I do not know what to do at this point.  I do not want to mess the game up by updating the wrong way. 


I also want to update the Ease of Use mod as well and my current game is just before going to the island with Spellhold.  I assume that updating both of those mods to the latest version will not affect the game as long as I do not load the game until the upgrade is complete.

If you extract the updated mods into the game directory the same way you did the first time, overwriting files when prompted, you can re-run the setup-xxx.exe files and it will give you the option of reinstalling the (updated) mod.
