i am celebrating a "modern hermit" new year.  i am not going out at all.  i plan to vegetate and maybe watch some dvd's i got for christmas: the first season of Quantum Leap, and King Arthur.

The new King Arthur film that came out last year? I quite liked that. :)

I have a lot of friends who were in to Quantum Leap, too. Though I could never quite get into it.

My husband and I had a nice, quiet New Year's at home. We opened a nice bottle of Riesling, played Metroid Prime 2, and listened to our stupid neighbors set off fireworks and burn themselves.

All in all, an excellent, if quiet, New Year's.

didnt get to watch king arthur, my son was watching sports.  watche some quantum leap though, it is a bit dated, but i really enjoy it.  we saw scott bakula in a restaurant once and my husband wanted to get his autograph and i was too embarrassed to let him.  i was weird when i was young LOL.
