Keto vs. Sanik (the Brynnlaw trader)

So Lady Galvena sent her assassin to off Sanik as I was speaking with him, and then Keto interjects, saying "I like my romantics alive." or something of the sort.  She then proceeds to beat the living daylights out of Sanik.

This bug crops up because the actions in the assassin's dialogue carry over to her, so Attack("ppsanik") means the assassin hangs around, while Keto tries to hack him up.

This could be because I also have Quest-Pack installed, which, upon inspection of the dialogue, lets you save Sanik.
