Where is Neb?

Since the altered illithium quest cuts Neb out of the picture I haven't been able to meet up with him. Where is the runt and what do I need to do in order to trigger his apperance? If this has already been covered, please post a link to the thread it is discussed if you are unwilling to explain it again.

*SPOILERS*


Neb hasn't been cut out of the picture, but the process to find him is a bit more complicated. After you speak with the Ore Merchant, you speak with the duergar as usual; instead of giving you Neb's location he asks you to rescue his brother. once the brother is rescued and you speak with the duergar again, *then* he'll give you Neb's location.

Yes, the Neb part proceeds as usual, you just have to take a more circuitous route to get to him. :)
