Starting BG2 after completing BG1Tutu

I've just started BG2 after completing BG1 with Tutu installed. I followed the readme guidance for reverting to BG2 and everything seemed to go fine. However, in my new game of BG2 my character is still affected by the buffs that I cast prior to the final battle with Sarevok, i.e. Resist Fear, Chant and Draw Upon Holy Might. These seem to be permanent. How can I get them to go away? Could I do it using Shadowkeeper to edit state flags? Any suggestions?

Sorted ... just imported the character from the save game file. Doh!  :D
