PPG looks strange on Linux - Mozilla
« on: November 13, 2004, 10:22:16 AM »
As above. Many forum posts have a scrollbar inside them, sometimes it's a matter of just the bottom 2/3 lines which need to be scrolled down to be read. MS Internet Explorer & Lnux - Konqueror both work fine.
Oh, and reducing character dimension doesn't either work.
Ideas?

I have noticed that with SMF some posts will adopt an inner scrollbar but am unsure if it is a "bug" or a "feature." However, it might also factor in to what version of Mozilla you're using. I've browsed PPG with a Knoppix CD recently and didn't see anything too horrible.

Debian v30r3 has the bug; suse v9.1 doesn`t have this problem though.
The "latest member" part, instead, is too small and the last line wraps out of the frame. Well, better than having to scroll to read a 4 lines post line per line  :D

Is that Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox?  What version?  If it's Mozilla, for the love of God move on to Firefox.
