trouble with harper quest

I have a problem with the harper quest. After you return the bird to Xvar(SP?) he is killed and a harper comes and tells jaheira that she has to come to the harper hold. That has yet to occur. I have finished the De'arnaise keep mission, the slaver missions and have just entered Trademeet. I have played about 2 days ingame time since Xvar was killed. Has anyone got a sollution? It's important as i am romancing her.
I have the following installed in this order:
IMPASYLUM
ITEMUPGRADE
REFINEMENTS (Only HLA i think)
GBTHFKP
KELSEY
KELSEYTOB
TB#PACK
ZTB#PACK
BANTERPACK
NPCFLIRT

Someone reported this as a Quest Pack bug a while back, but it turned out it was normal behaviour. I think the solution was simply waiting longer.

Rest somewhere in the open (Druid Grove or outside De'Arnise will do fine).
There has to occur at least one event in the romance (ambush after resting) before Jaheira is taken to the Harper Hold. (When you're not romancing her, she's going immediately after the Xzar incident.)
