Bg1 + TuTu Question

For some reason I had never played Bg1, even though Bg2 + tob is probably my favourite game, id never had time to get round to playing through Bg1. Now I read about this mod and decided to give bg1 a go as i had some spare time, loving the mod so far but i was wondering should my NPCs be conversing at all ? I heard that NPCs dont talk like they do in BG2 but they havent said anythign at all (im now up to the cloakwood part) is this normal for BG1, I thought that the evil and non evil NPCs were suposed to get into fights in BG1, or is this just with a mod?

There are banters in BG1, they're just very rare.  To speed them up, use the console to enable cheat keys ( CLUAConsole:EnableCheatKeys() ) and then hit Ctrl+I on your keyboard.
