Install order question

Ok this seemed the best place to put this so here gose :) My BGII game has packed  a sad gltching badly so I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Its the collectors addion with SoA, ToB and the bouns CD all of which have been installed so the game 'out of the box' is ready to go.

I'm kind of new to useing mods in a game so what order should I install them?
Here are the list of mods I have and are in no real order. Kelsey SoA and ToB, DongenBeGone, Flurt and banter packs, Virtue, Ease of use and Item upgrade, Ashes of embers, Unfinished bissness, quest pack and the inproved oasis mod and lastly the balderdash bug fixpack and text fic pack.

As far as I know all the mods are the current version. Any help would be really good :)
