What 3rd edition rules are these? BG1 and BG2 use the same rules with regards to hit points.

well with bg1 u could get maximaze hp after lvl 10 (normal bg1)

but when u play bg2 u get standard hp points 1-2 for each lvl up wich i think is way too low

because a warrior get's 10 a lvl+bonus constitution if any had that

so hp is based on character class and in bg2 it's just hp based 1-2 hp a lvl wich is sucky i think :)

so if i play bg1 and are lvl 12 with 110 hp or something would it be altered when tutu comes over it?

With BG1 you could never get above level 10, without cheating.  It's not about 2ed or 3ed rules.  If you keep getting die rolls of hit points at high levels in BG1 it's because you're not supposed to be able to reach those levels and so they didn't bother to program the shift to fixed HPs.

I don't think anyone is interested in fixing things that aren't broken.

but i have another question

you have some npc's like indira if u convert to tutu and your in TOB could u wish indiria back to TOB or is she only made for bg1TUTU?

also another question some spells in bg1 have a longer effect than in bg2 because they are altered if u convert to tutu will the spells in bg2 also have a longer effect or will have bg1 a shorter effect?

sry for the noob questions :D

The spells will have to shorter BG2 durations, since we don't convert them.  I think.  Last I heard.  There's a rumour going around about that, at any rate.  Maybe.

this reminded me of a personal planned/forgotten nag that i figure isn't worth starting another thread over:

is there some way around (or has it been fixed without me spotting it in a readme) the deal wherein you can finish bg1 with lots of lusciously high rolls for hit points, and then LOSE 20% OF THEM in the conversion to start SOA?
