I still haven't tried Tutu, so I apologize if the following questions sound stupid...

I assume the game will use BG2 sprites for the PC (which I like better than those from BG1, in spite of that annoying "weapon hand switching"). Is this true for joinable/non-joinable NPCs, also?

And, will item icons also be updated with their BG2 versions (where available)?

BGII avatars are used, yes.

However, items have the same graphics they used in BGI.
