Yay! "Feud" fic!!!!

I give it four guffaws and a tee-hee.

Am I the only one who wants to see TorGal and Bodhi do Fast Money?  :D
Newt had always suspected that people who regularly used the word "community" were using it in a very specific sense that excluded him and everyone he knew.

Very, very good Perdita.  Yes, Torgal especially in Fast Money...*shudders at the thought*

Is it me, or do I still automatically put Richard Dawson's voice in Family Feud, though?

And the idea of a Keldorn singing a YMCA song...that's still disturbing.

As it should be. While Combs had his moments (the less said about the current, fundamentally broken incarnation, the better), Dawson IS the Feud. I can never hope to replace him.

Oh, yes, notice how only Dawson and Combs are acknowledged as true Feud hosts.   :)

That fundamentally broken game with surveys is not True Feud.

(and, fer Chrissake, you'd think they could still afford to throw the losing family the value of their score in points.)

And that bastardization that has Richard Karn (Al Borland of Home Improvement fame) is even worse than Combs.

Anyways, to get slightly back on topic...um...I liked this Perdita, in case it didn't come through :D

Gah. Richard Karn kills me.

Great work, Perdita. I really enjoyed this. It's funny how BG2 characters translate so well into game shows, isn't it? It would be so much easier to win a fortune than to do battle for one, though I'm sure Korgan would disagree.  ;)

Thanks for the comments, some even on the story!   :D  Part two going up.

Yay! "Feud" fic!!!!

I hope you're the only one.   :) It probably won't exactly work out that way.

New show bad!  Yuk, no good.   >:(  Richard Karn is a hottie.   ;D

The commercials in part two are priceless. Particularly the last one, although Imoen modelling a Chick Modder shirt is an awesome concept.

Thanks a lot. My Sprite got splattered across the screen when I saw the Flirt Pack ad.  :D

Funtastic stuff. A shorter version should be a mod. :D

Heh.  It's always nice to start of a Saturday morning with a laugh.  Good stuff, Perdita!
:)

One small thing...

"Sarevok:  To assuage your conscious for once again abandoning her, that time at the Copper Coronet after you brought her out of Spellhold."

I think the word should be "conscience."  :)

Thank you, and to Icelus as well.  I looked at and looked at it, and I knew it wasn't right, but the right word wouldn't come.

Possibly too dependent on my own character to adapt, but it was fun to write as well.  Thanks.

Part the Last is up.

I ran into this at random and found it hilarious. Excellent work (although many moons ago by now). I'm quite impressed.

"Punting" and "living room with a pool" were nice touches of "realism" for Athkatla. "Location, location, location" was cute for the real world.

I had a soft spot for all of Solaufein's appearances, and although I initially missed the joke ("[stagehand displays his answer on a card; he does not speak]") I ended up laughing out loud ("Solaufein, what do you have to say for yourself?  Oh, that’s right—nothing."). Nicely done with the poetry as well.

Other chuckles: "Ready, boss." Ribald as Motel 6. "I knew that 12 intelligence would come back to bite me." "Not Kelsey?  Anomen isn’t the only option anymore." Jan and Edwin as Edgar Snyder.

At any rate, I'm casting my vote for more Kelsey-Sola-Yada-Yada Game Show fics. :-)

Rumor has it Solaufein and Kelsey feature in this Alassa story.
