No, just to clarify this, this is a DLAN translation and Januszka is not updating it. I was NEVER asked for permission to do this, this was done without my consent and knowledge and Andyr and I had a previous agreement about this translation.

Sorry, but before stealing someone's work, its good to ask for permission first.

The translation will be done by us as agreed with Andy months ago. Thx

Oh, and now that we are at it, its only to mention why the "add both" thing is not acceptable: 95% of Januszka's translation is MINE.

So, im very sorry for being this worked up, Im not amused AT ALL to know someone is stealing my work and taking credit for it.

btw, know that is that 95 is not that correct.... well i kept the parts i translated cause the rest was crappy.
The amusing part is that you already posted that v13 was not in spanish because "no quiero hacerlo y no tengo ganas de coordinar la tradu" (for the non spanish speakers, "i dont want to do it nor coordinate the translation")

Thats the reason i started with it.

Still doesnt give you the reason to start ANYTHING without my consent, as it was a Clan DLAN translation.

Andy knows, and he already told your boyfriend this morning that I was waiting for the new TRAs for months (since january more or less).
Thats ANOTHER reason to ask for permission when you plan to use someone elses' work.

PS: I now retreat from this conversation, ive nothing more to say and Andy has already decided to stick with the rightful owners.

The v14-in-progress .tra files are currently identical to the v13 ones.

All that has been changed so far for v14 are some bugfixes and recodes, and a funky logo for the ReadMe.

Someone will contact the translators when/if any new strings are added...

Note that you're harming the rights of all the ppl that worked in *your translation* with that "MINE". Translators that worked in the original translation, such as Jesugandalf, Beny, Bhasbuto, and ME. It was not just you.
Anyway, excuse me for not having asked for YOUR permission and any of the 5 translators in total, as I thought the translation of a document was intellectual property of the original author, and thats why I talked to Andyr instead of talking to you.
Sorry. I never meant to steal you. Really thought you'd think for the good of the spanish community it would be nice to have it translated, one way or the other. I was not going to remove you from the credits either. So I dont know why being so pissed about it...

Well... Since Januszka apparantly worked on the original translation and has now updated that, should I perhaps send that to Immort so she can add new strings for the next version? It seems pointless duplicating work.

Sorry to say its all sent to a new translator... Andy, if you say "ill honor our agreement" please do, cos thanks to that ive been working on it the last few days along with this other person, so as we had an agreement, can you please honor it as you said you would days ago?

Now as said, its sent to someone else, so I´ll send Andy the translated TRAs as soon as I have them.

Next time, if I am coordinating something, ill really appreciate that everyone plays nice in the sandbox, and ask, so we all know what we do and dont mess with each other's work.

PS: By "mine" I mean hosted in DLAN, of course, and the fact I was in touch with Ice and Andy from start to coordinate this. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

While I realise I should keep my nose out of business that's not my affair, half this topic would have been better off in PM. I don't check topics just to find out who thinks the translation's theirs. I check them for information.

Ooh, lots of replies:

- Ana: Yes, I will use your translation as it seems important to you guys. I thought it might save you work if I send what Januszka had done.

- Jan: Sorry for the mess with this Spanish stuff. If you want to provide a mirror to v14 of the mod I guess there is no harm in that, though we already have several mirrors, so if bandwidth is an issue for you then there's no need.

- Grauomf: I have your completed v13 French tra implemented here, so far there's no new strings in v14. I will let you know if any more are added.

- Laguna: I thought you sent me v13's Polish .tras already? I will let you know if any strings are added for v14.

- Silk: You're probably right about PMs, but, it's posted now. No need to delete stuff.
