Sendai problems

Not sure if any of you encountered this, I installed the flirtpacks + banter packs.
My install consisted of: Standard SOA + TOB (no TOB patch)
                               Some override-only mods (all strongholds)
                               Store pickpocket mods(override)
Anyway, I played TOB, all the way until Sendai. I kill the 6 statues, and then she comes back spouting 'you would have been a great ally' speech, and then sends her magic to the 6 statues. But they don't activate, and even when she's dead I don't get sent back to the Solar for a debrief.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Also, your install is a bit vague, it would be much better if there was a:
1)Backup these files (file xxx, xxx, xxx) and then you back up the files to a folder.
2)We modify/copy these files (file xxx, xxx, xxx)
I learned the hard way to backup the dialog.tlk file (like I said, installers, no trust there...)
Sorry, if this sounds like I don't trust installers and de-installers (Add/Remove programs springs to mind), but they really give me trouble(Win'9x registry stuff, I wonder if Baldur's Gate chitin.log has something similar?), I prefer an override mod, is this possible?
and would it be possible to do an area override mod for when you meet Sendai to make sure that she doesn't run through her speech twice (just a thought?)

Sorry if I was a bit vague in my first post, I meant to say:
1. Enter room
2. Sendai talks "You would have been a great ally"
2a. Magic activation on statues
3. Statues + drow attack
4. Killed the last statue
5. Sendai talks "You would have been a great ally"
5a. Magic activation on statues (does not work twice)
6. Sendai dies
7. Where's my debrief from the Solar?

Kish knows a lot about how Sendai operates, maybe he has some insight for you, but there's really nothing we do that affects the Sendai/Solar mechanism.

For some reason the game doesn't recognize that she's already activated the statues.  Beyond that, I have no clue.

Oh well, that's my only complaint. The flirts work great tho', thanks to all of the programming team at pocketplane.net!!!
The only hiccup in a 200hr journey!
