Valen approaching me with bhodis offer

Hi guys. I recently installed the Valen Mod, but for some unknown reason Valen won't come to me with Bhodi's offer!  It's annoying the hell out of me to be honest.  The only quests that i have done is the maevars guildhall, circus tent and other ones I can't really remember heh...  Anyways, what I would like ta kno is, do i have to do anything specific before mod Valen appears with Bhodi's offer to meet in the graveyard??  OR is my game just buggered up?  Any help would be great guys.. .thanks.

Im a kensai actually... maybe i have had the 15000 every time.. that would explain it actually. well when i get home ill clua console it in and see if that works... if that doesnt, does anyone else have any suggestions?

You can be a thief, wes has taken away this restriction.
another possible cause of Valen not appearing would be that you had already joined the Shadow Thieves (say, you SK'd 20k gold and joined them asa you got offered... it happened to my brother)
