Item upgrade

Am I to assume that since there have been no further upgrades to the Item upgrade mod, it's done for?  This was personally one of my favorite components of the WeiDU mods, and I would like to see it continued.  so many item mods have overpowered items for powergames that make no sense or are buggy and have bad grammar and other flaws I can't stand.  while I admire Ruad for providing some interesting combinations, many of its ingredients are quest items like Bhodi's Black Heart, making you decide between curing your romance from vampirism or making an item...

I would like to see the NPC items still not covered upgraded (mainly Valygar, Cernd, Mazzy, and Jan's equipment) along with maybe some more daggers or leather armors or such.  I know I should be giving some concrete ideas, and I will if anyone requests it, such as what items to use, what the upgrade entails, but I'm not sure if anyone is interested anymore or if the mod will be continued.

So, hopefully this great idea won't be left behind for the other wonderful mods here!  Thank you for providing us with great work, and I look forward to everything you provide!

this isnt Item Upgrade, exactly, but you can upgrade Mazzy's bow, Valygar's swords, and Cernd's equipment in Moonfruit's Ruad Mod.

IU has been upgraded lately (even if it contains minor changes), so go and check it out!

That site for Ruad doesn't help. I saw nothing on the list :(
