ToB Master Wraith Dialogue

I was thinking you know how in ToB how Sola doesnt have any dialogue with the master wraith? Why dont we add it in.
So any ideas?

Well, the obvious idea would be having Pharae coming to taunt him.

While I'm having no problem of using her, maybe we could think someone less obvious.

Maybe it could ba a minion of Loth swearing revenge to him and anyone travelling with him. It would give Sola a reason to think of leaving in order to protect Charname. This is only slightly less obvious than using Pharae though.

umm  :unsure: ... how about mother ardulace ? she could threaten sola again that she once  destroyed his love and that she could do it again ? it would be somewhat like meiras idea

she could taunt him with what happened to phaere during her torture and that she woul do the same to charname .... urgh ... i dont know

Why avoid the obvious? The master wraith chooses the one person who can create most doubt in the NPC, and for Solaufein, esp. Weimer's Solaufein, that's definitely Phaere. In any other case, I for one would be left wondering "Hm? Why not Phaere?"

The dialogue could check which of the Phaere talks with Sola have already taken place and how Charname reacted, i.e. does Solaufein still feel guilty for her death, or has he come to terms with it, and by what reasons?

To wake these doubts again, i.e. whether Phaere could have been saved, and whether Solaufein was right in betraying her, and whether the death of some people (Phaere and Ardulace) is a reasonable price for the life of many (the ones that would have died in the war) - that would be what I would expect from the Wraith.

If Wes already has a Master Wraith dialogue... does he read this Workshop board now and then?

I would also like to put in my vote for Phaere, I think anyone else would need too much explanation.  I thought the point of the wraith was to use an obvious, and therefore potentially effective manipulation and of course a plot device to add tension to the romance.  It makes sense then that the wraith impersonate someone that the PC is also familiar with or has heard of.

He does?  I dont think he does because when I looked in the other Solaufein board  one of the questions was how come Sola doesnt have a dialogue for the master wraith.

I agree Phaere would make a good choice

True though Mother Adrulace could also do very well

Yes, Wes has one. Whether he's going to use it or not, I don't know. And it does involve Phaere


Yeah, yeah, she's still alive.. barely
