An Assertion error failed in ObjCreature.cpp

as the topic says:
An Assertion error failed in ObjCreature.cpp at line 12738
this was caused when i tried to tell cernd NO to join my full party.  i don't think the area is important, but if it is, just shout.

Cannot reproduce.

Start a new game, go to AR0155 (Cernd in the dungeon), teleport to his Cell, say hello, tell him that you do not wish any more travelling companions. He disappears as normal.

If you can reproduce this on your side, please give a specific recipe that leads up to the crash.

i couldn't reproduce it just by going to that area.  but i did have a full party when speaking to him at first.  my party consisted of me, jaheria, minsc, yoshi, vicky, and korgan.  even when i kicked someone out it still crashed.  i'll try to reproduce it again.

Kick (export) all out and talk to him. If it doesn’t crash then (some NPC is doing that probably) import one of NPC and check again. Try to find out who is responsible with the crash.
