-I talk to that wizard in Government district, I agree to find Valygar
-I go to Umar hills (all quest done)
-He isn’t anywhere in his cabin

B )
-new game
-jump to his cabin
-he isn’t there

Thanks for reporting that. Fixing it was unnecessarily annoying, but Valygar is once again "still here".
