Title: Why is Return to Brynnlaw incompatible with Epic Thieving?

According to Big World Setup (BWS), Epic Thieving[/i] (ET) and BTB conflict due to the Epic Pick Locks component.  The ET author had no idea why these mods conflicted. (https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/74158/v3-5-epic-thieving-more-benefits-from-high-thieving-skills/p1)

Big World Setup (BWS) or the EE Setup Tool from Roxanne? If you are referring to the latter, how about asking her.
