Title: Minor bug in fl#add_kit_ee: the thiefskl table should not exclude monk class.

Monk class including kits has thief skilss like detect traps and hide in shadow and also can be set in thiefskl.2da.

Thing is, thing ... at least in the original non-EE game, a Monks can't remove traps, while they can't detect them -that even when they are allowed to detect them via an innate cleric spell- they don't have the ability to remove them... because of the game fails to(switch the mouse pointers "pick pocket" icon above the trap to be "remove trap" icon & allow it to be removed).

Yeah, that's why I think it's quite boring to put points to thief skills which almost useless (even including hide in shadow) every leveling up, and want to disable them in my monk kit. fl#add_kit_ee should not forbid it IMO.

Also a problem for bards, rangers and, apparently, shamans. Will fix. Well, or not, since thiefskl and thiefscl are two different files. Will still fix, though.

Yeah, bards and rangers get their own abilities from their own skill tables. Bard's 2da (https://gibberlings3.github.io/iesdp/files/2da/2da_bgee/skillbrd.htm) & ranger's 2da (https://gibberlings3.github.io/iesdp/files/2da/2da_bgee/skillrng.htm). PS, those are bad if not overwritten in a 50th level mods. Cause Ranger with 0 stealth is really not up to the par.
