Title: Why "Gorje" apears only after we activate Ilith quest/spoke with Unger?

Hi,

It seems that many people are confused because "Gorje" apears only after we activate Ilith quest/spoke with Unger. I think that he should be in the temple even if we have not talked about the ilith Quest before/spoke with Unger.

what do you think?

I'm afraid this is a design decision - since it's not actually a bug, I'm not sure I should fix it.
