Title: Can't Send a Personal Message

For whatever reason, every time I try to send a personal message to Nameless One, nothing happens. I type in the verification letters and press the Send button, then new verification letters appear. So far no luck after a dozen attempts.
Same story with the Preview button.

Hey,

Due to a large number of spammers out there(had to ban two only this week), and a large number of spam PM's some months ago, unfortunately, we had to enforce a restriction: only users with five posts or more can send private messages. I'm sorry about this inconvenience, but that's how it must go for the time being. If/when you got at least five posts, you can PM, no problem.

Possibly spell that out to new members? I thought it was some defect in my browser or its settings, so I was tinkering with and blaming them.
Spam is a problem, the FRUA forum uses the Simple Machines format too, it had a bad outbreak a few months ago.
