Title: Is there a tutorial for DLTCEP's animation editor?
Post by: SixOfSpades on February 18, 2009, 04:09:18 PM
You'd think such a thing would be included (or at least mentioned) in its README, but no such luck. If such a thing does not exist, does anyone out there at least know how to take an animation that fires upon a visual change (such as equipping/unequipping a weapon, or casting a spell) and make it so that it instead fires every round?

Graphics: Play 3D Effect [215], while equipped. Bams can be edited (with BAMWorkshop for example) to have their visual parts appear with 6 sec interval. Can be done by inserting blank frames.

Okay, I downloaded BAMWorkshop II, and I can tell I'm going to be playing around with it for a while. The good news is, apprently simply Saving an animation in BAMWorkshop can be enough to turn it from a "fire-when-something-happens" animation into a "fire-every-round" one. Weird, but okay. Now all I have to do is repeat more frames. Thanks.
