I know this forum isn't very active anymore and Icewind Gate II has been discontinued, but I hope someone can help me find a workaround nonetheless. :-\
Of course I exported/imported all the party members...
The companion-specific quests aren't working. For example, Jaheira didn't ever came back, after she was taken to the meeting. I couldn't speak with Mazzy after I had cured her sister and she wanted to stay for one day at her home.
And, most importantly, Anomen's quest isn't working. After I told him not to take revenge, a "cutscene" starts, but the father said only that he doesn't want to see him again. As far as I remember, I have to talk to the woman in the government building about Anomen's sister afterwards, but she has nothing to say about her...
