Title: They Can`t Move

I downloaded the additional NPC and when I start the game, they move a couple of feet and then they`re stuck. This includes my own character as well.
I tried re-installing but the same thing happened.
Any help, please?

Press F9.

I tried once more and it seems to be working now. I`ll bare in mind your advice if it happens again.
