Title: No PC-NPC Banters?
Post by: Jenne on August 13, 2008, 06:05:37 AM
First, let me kneel and admire Kulyok for making a boring game enjoyable  :)

Second, I found a strange bug. I've just reached the Kudahar Pass and there hasn't been a single PC-NPC banter since the beginning of the game (just the first one at the inn, when the crew is introducing themselves). NPC-NPC banters are running just fine. Is that supposed to be so? Can it be because I've changed their stats via the Dalekeeper a bit? I've also changed the avatar of my PC, because she is a bard and I don't like the thief one, but nothing else. Besides G3 tweaks, I have no other mods installed. I don't know what's wrong...  :(

Kuldahar pass is way, way too early - it's the very beginning of the game. If PC's dialogue file was multilated, Teri-Severn's first banter would have killed your game. You probably had what you were supposed to have - one banter with Korin - and haven't noticed it.

Visit the mill and the caves in Kuldahar Pass - you'll have a banter with Holvir and Severn. Don't forget to stop for five or six seconds every time you visit new area/right after the battle.

Thanks, Kulyok  :)

I thought something is going wrong just because there were so many NPC-NPC banters and no PC-NPC ones. I'll wait then.

Great mod nevertheless  :)
