Title: Haveing weapons' bonuses

I wanted to know - does the halving of weapons' bonuses apply to all weapons, even those new ones added in by other mods, or does it only apply to weapons which appear only in unmodded BG2?

Its a patch, so it would apply to every single weapon that was installed BEFORE this component was installed :)
