Title: Adding duplicate Travel Triggers

How do I add a subsidiary travel trigger to an existing area with WeiDu? I am wanting to do a transition similar to that of the Thief Stronghold in the bridge district after you solve the skinner murders. With scripting I can see how to make the triggers active or inactive, but how do I add the triggers themselves without an edit of the area in N.I.?
