You could make a case that many cats are lacking a sense of humour. Ever see one fall off a windowsill? They certainly don't laugh at themselves.

Ah, yeah, Double Dare always aggravated me. I was basically the exact right age for it when it was on, and watching those kids fumble their way through dead-easy trivia questions was extremely frustrating--I knew I could have wiped the floor with them. Of course, the point of the show wasn't to have kids who were trivia masters, it was to have kids who would take enough physical challenges to make the game's premise hold. But I was still annoyed.
