Hi I was playing Tutu, and found that I wanted to unlease a minor sequencer on a lesser Basilisk. I was Protected from Petrification. I noticed that the Basilisk 'shoots' you with it's gaze (no attack roll). The char. looks like he takes damage but doesn't.
However when I went to cast the sequence from my innate menu, it was interrupted by the Basilisk's gaze. Now it seems that the game still thinks I have a sequence active, and I can't cast it again.
Two questions:-
1) I thought sequencers weren't interruptable?
2) How can I remove the sequence effect?
Cheers

Hello -
1) I thought sequencers weren't interruptable?
Since it essentially casts as a spell, they probably can be interrupted. Even a Magic Missile can be interrupted if the timing is right.
Another issue to consider is that you can in fact muck up the casting. For example, I am pretty sure that casting from beyond the range of one of the spells in your sequencer will ruin the whole thing.
2) How can I remove the sequence effect?
Didn't they add a button to the spell book for this? It might be a ToB-only thing, though, so if your Tutu installation is based off a SoA install you might not have the option.

I believe you're right, I will check as soon as I'm in a position to play again...damn work commitments. ;)
Thank you...and great job on Tutu

I checked out the option of removing a sequencer...and it wasn't there. I believe the button in the spell book is for looking at a contingency.
However I noticed after I'd rested that the Spell Sequencer had reappeared in the special abilities function.
So it seems that a sequencer can be interrupted and you lose the spell, but once you rest, you get the original sequencer back.
