Title: Tutu-specific additions

Since I'm getting ready to wrap up production and get beta testing started, I wanted to see if anyone had any additions to add for the Tutu release. 

For instance, the Mysterious Vial Quest can be expanded a bit to affect the breakage probability of non-magical weapons (Sim, I've no clue how to do this, btw...).  A few journal entries will need to be tweaked, as well, but all in all I don't think there's anything really difficult involved in the conversion.

So, suggestions?

The weapon breakage stuff relies partly on Cam in Tutu Tweaks and partly on me to update Tutufix (:(). There's a post somewhere on G3 about it somewhere which I can't find because the internet's too slow.

So... is there a Global I need to set that will kick in whenever the two mods are updated?  Sorry for st00pid
