Title: Request for help - Portugal

I know it's may be unusual that I post something like that here, but I'm desperate. My editor's been pushing me and I don't know what to do. I'm supposed to write about the Portugese ratification of the EU treaty for Bulgaria and Romania, and especially about the opinions of the common folk. But I don't speak Portugese, and I can't find a portugese site which is in English language. I've searched Google, Yahoo and whatever other portal I know. Nothing seems to work.
Can anyone point me to some site, preferably one about political life?

googling "accession bulgaria site:.pt" generates some results that might be useful, tho.
