The dialog is started by Jaheira, but the state triggers list IAFPD("Jaheira") rather than IAFPD("d0alassa"), with the (predictable) effect that Jaheira says that line, (eventually get the extra line if you have Anomen), click `continue' and the dialogue exits.

For the uninitiated who might mistakenly believe Sim is rejecting bug reports about his mods, please understand that he holds Alassa in contempt, and normally welcomes such information. His disdain for his own creation is a shame because if nothing else, she's given rise to some wonderful fanfic.

Yeah, I know you know, but there might be innocents wandering through who think Ding0 is horrible because he treats people rudely over bug reports. (When in fact there are other reasons Ding0 is horrible that they should discover on their own.)

So THAT'S the reason Jaheira always says this line down in Casa d'Irenico? I never knew...
Is it also a bug that Alassa's weapon (and armour) is so infested with the Stolen flag that she can't even re-equip it after having used another in-between, or did that just happen to me?
