Hate to ask it, but is AoE developing ended?
In which case, would it be possible to make an exception and release a quick v20, with the following bug-corrections and/or already coded stuff:
1) WeiDU v163 (a hell faster on the SET_2DA_ENTRY you need to use while patching WEAPPROF)
2) Fix the bug with the Shapeshilfter flags being wrongly deleted on some armours (armour\copy)
3) If possible / appropriate, add the alternative code for unviersal weapons I posted some time ago-

Looks like most of the changes are already done.  I'll just upload it after I have someone run it through a quick test here.
