Im at 48000 or so now Ive found some things.

Now you stand in the square of a great city, the bustle of commerce already absorbing the disturbance you witnessed. You will have to determine what happened to both your missing friend, and the man that so callously used you. What was this Irenicus that it took so many to subdue him? And what could *you* do if you found him again? The uncertainty of your situation is unnerving. Hopefully the citizens of this place will prove friendly.~

Keldorn's odd sense of justice and honor forced him to defend Sir William, the very man whom his own wife has been betraying him with. Now, the Lady Maria is not only an adultress, but a widow as well.~

After discovering that his wife, Maria, had taken up with another man during his long absences, Keldorn decided that it was he who was at fault...and sought a reconciliation. Keldorn promised to resign from the Order, and I urged him to spend a week with his family, rebuilding their relationship...after which Keldorn told me that I could find him at his estate once again.~

If the original location of all the quest givers was the CC... was this changed, perhaps? I thought Brus would take ou wherever you needed to be

The gypsy boy in Trademeet interacting with characters. I dont recall any of these ever coming up. I dont recall him saying anything, really. It probably is in game, I just dont know, though

If it is of any help. . . the lines of dialog, @47313 & @47314 are spoken in the Copper Coronet when the Main Character accepts the "Madames" offer to spend the night with one of her ladies/gentlemen. The first line I believe is spoken by Viconia, the second by Anomen.

The first one is in the game. Imoen says this if you ask her about getting weapons. I've never heard the second one come up though.

47706 seems to be the start of the riddle room once you've left the asylum. This string leads to the first riddle you are asked.
The rest seem to be the dialogues that lead to the other riddles. The only reason I can see for the duplicate State 1 lines is it depends on which apparition you speak to first.

48004 does seem to be a journal entry, but not one I've ever seen. It looks like it would be one you get after escaping CI.

more than journal entry, it sounds like the spoken text which occurs at plot points, like escaping CI, beginning of each chapter, in front of watcher's keep, being capsized by sahuagin. there's the screen with moving text under it as the narrator speaks. maybe that's copied to the journal and i don't remember whether anything comes up after leaving the promenade until the "deal with gaelan bayle" text comes up

This sounds like some dialogue for the guy in the twisted rune. Can anyone confirm this? Maybe its some cut lines that were supposed to be said in the little dialogue piece when you go in.

I'm pretty sure I extorted some gold from Raelis with an evil character.
I checked the dialog where you ask Raelis the playhouse deed before the fight, although I haven't checked in game, it seems to be implemented already.

I never tried stealing the gem from teh gnomes in the Underdark, thus I never saw this. Its probably in game.
It is. You can pickpocket the Light Gem from Hilldark, and this is his reaction when to return to him after killing the Balor. If you don't kill the Balor at all, it escapes from confinement and kills all the Svirfneblin when you're talking to Adalon. (I'm not sure if this affects appearance of the Svirfneblin patrol later.) Ahh, I had so much fun with my Evil party! :D

Probably the first group of drow in the ruined temple place. I never got the option to talk with them, under any circumstances.
You can talk to the Drow in the Kou-Toa Tunnels if you look Drow when you meet them. You can even persuade them to open the doors that let you leave the Underdark (although actually going through the doors will break the illusion).

This is indeed implemented, his old governess is a FAT_PEASANT_WOMAN who can sometimes be found in the Government District if Anomen's in the party. Korgan and Jan will contribute either 50307 or 50309, respectively, and perhaps the PC has the option to say 50306.
