I was thinking about that, and managed to convince myself otherwise, though I can't remember the reason.  Probably once other people make tutorials, it'd be best not to lock them, so they can edit them on their own, but for now I'll lock the ones we have.  Good idea.

If you want editing questions in separate threads I suggest you lock the tutorials. Otherwise people will post in them. If someone has something to add they could start a 'Comments on ...' thread like the fanfic board.
