I think all these sounds are biffed (i.e, they are stored in .BIF files) For the names, you may see them if you open spell files (.SPL) with DLTCEP. Some other tools may allow you to see their names too (Infinity Explorer, perhaps)

What are the file names of the casting sounds (manis..potentis.. etc.)? Or if it's easier, just tell me which folder they are in! Thank you.
