I found that if I initiate his dialogue with a stab in the back (or most likely any other part of the body), killing him does not properly update the log or add Larswood to the map, even though his dialogue seems to run normally (only difference is that he is the one initiating it after I attack), probably making it impossible to continue the game.
However, if I initiate dialogue normally first, and THEN blow him to chunks, Larswood will be added as normal.

Not 100% sure if this is Tutu-specific, but I've played through the original game a lot of times before, and I don't recall ever encountering this particular issue before. (might locate some old TotSC saves and test it)
