Innate abilities are just spells, so you can use ADD_KNOWN_SPELL. There is no simple equivalent for adding memorized spells.

Indeed.  The added innate ability, however, is not memorized (in the same fashion as a spell added via this command, it is simply 'known').

Ah, well.  I found another way to get what I wanted, anyway.  ;)

Is there an easy way to add innate abilities and memorized spells to a creature?

ADD_KNOWN_SPELL does not appear to have optional flags for actually memorizing the spell (or, if it does, these are not listed in the WeiDU readme).

I know that I could accomplish this via hex editing, but I'm in a lazy mood this morning.  Plus, that's a rather complicated edit, anyway.
