The mod is definitely written with a good or at least friendly and loyal character in mind. Mechanically, I think a mage complements the group best, and Elves get some nice extra bits of dialogue IIRC. The caveat however is that due to engine limitations your PC has to stay in slot 1, which necessitates some experimenting with formations should they be on the squishier side of the HP spectrum...

I'd like to know your recommendation for the player character class. Are you looking for someone that will complement the party mechanically? Or maybe -  thanks to this awesome mod - finally you are looking for someone from the RP perspective?
