Fair enough, they are not open terms. However, QP is unlicensed, I do not own it and cannot grant github or other users the rights the ToS requires me to grant.
Projects don't need to have an open license to be put on GitHub, but the person putting them there needs to have permission to do so.
Putting it on GitHub involves granting some rights (like the right for GitHub to store and display it, the right for other users to view it there), but you don't need to grant general rights for others to redistribute or modify your work.
Questpack is (as far as I can tell) unlicensed (hence, proprietary), so I can't upload it to github, as the ToS requires me to affirm that QP is licensed under essentially open terms (which, again, it isn't).
Jastey was in contact with Kulyok, who suggested that someone contacted Compton about getting FTP (or whatever they use) rights.
Would you consider updating Questpack for native EET Compatibility? Currently to be able to play Questpack on EET one needs to install BWP Fixpack first. It would be nice if this would not be mandatory.
