I'm sorry about bot checks, but when there're none, we're drowning in spam, so, alas, that's a necessary measure. Sort of. :(

Anyway, I think it's somewhere around level 9-10? I would do one or two the "big quests"(like slavers in the Slums or maybe the Planar Sphere or Trademeet) first, since it's a bit early to do it right after the Promenade. But it's an ordinary Chapter 2 quest, more or less.

What kind of party levels the adventure is designed for? One character mentioned there's a lich somewhere.
Also, will they wait in docks forever till I'm ready to sail off?
