BGT and EasyTutu are not compatible in principle: BGT combines your BG1 and BG2 installations into one, and EasyTutu provides you a separate BG1 installation in BG2 engine.
You have to choose only one. But if you've got things already installed, I suppose you're okay.

no, im not a russian/korean player...and i don't know what a big world project is xD

i'm got only the basics:

bgt, easytutu tob, easytutu degreen, bg1 unfinished business (v12 to v13), bg1 npc project + bg2 tob, unfinished business, banter packs (v12 to 13), quest pack

but i ll follow what u said, better just not get into trouble, don't install and be good

thanks a lot

You don't need to do an update of Banter Pack, UNLESS you're a Russian player(a Russian translation was added in version 12) or a Korean player(a Korean translation was added in version 13).
No new content's been added after version 8, if I'm not mistaken.

If you have mods installed via Big World Project(automated install, biffing), NO, don't reinstall in the middle of the game.

If you have several mods installed manually(it means you ran Setup-Mod.exe for each mod), then yes, you can download v13, unpack it on top of the previous version, run re-install.
Again, I don't recommend it, if you do not need Korean/Russian/other translation.
